If we mistakenly sent you the wrong item and you’d like to exchange it quickly, we will generate a return slip for you.
You will need to drop off the parcel at the relevant courier office.
If you prefer a reverse pickup, please note that it may take up to 10–12 working days, as per the courier company’s policy.
If you placed an incorrect order by mistake, you will need to ship the product back at your own expense.
Once we receive the product, you may request an exchange or store credit.
You can exchange your products within 15 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please note: this process may take 5–7 working days.
Products must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
All tags, labels and original packaging must be intact.
Items must be returned within 15 days of product receipt.
Clearance or sale items.
Personal care or hygiene-related products.
Customized or personalized orders.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

📌 Note: Rs.200 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing charges.
Return or exchange shipping fee is paid by the customer.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
A size/specs variation of up to 1 inch is considered acceptable as per international standards.
