Return & Refund Policy

A. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

B. Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Perishable or hygiene-related items are not eligible.

C. Return Procedure

1. Email returns@yumzz.pk with your order number and reason.
2. We will provide a return label or pickup instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 3 days of label issuance.

D. Refund or Exchange

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You may also opt for store credit or exchange.

E. Return Shipping Fee

• No charge if the item is damaged or incorrect.
• PKR 200 deduction for non-damaged item returns.

F. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours to receive a replacement or refund.

G. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable food items
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Opened hygiene products
